Blueberry Lemon Scones


Quick, Easy and Tender Scones.

2 Cups Whisk Mix

Juice of 1 Lemon, add water to make 1/2 Cup

3/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest


Preheat oven to 425 degrees


Whisk all dry ingredients together.

Add liquid and incorporate until it forms a loose ball.

Scoop the mixture onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 7 or 8 inch circle.

Cut the dough into 8 triangles and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet or parchment. Leave a little room between them.

Brush each with milk and sprinkle some sugar on top, if you like.

Bake for 20 minutes or until top starts to turn golden brown.
