Cherry Cheese Cakes


Bring Cake and Cheesecake together and you get delicious treat!

Case Base:

1 Cup Whisk Mix

1/2 Cup Water

1/2 Cup Sugar


Filling:

6 Oz Softened Cream Cheese

1/4 Cup Sugar 1 Egg


Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.


Lightly grease a brownie pan or regular muffin tin.


Whisk all the cake base ingredients together and fill each cavity with about 1/2" of batter.


Mix the filling ingredients together until smooth and gently pipe or spoon about 1/2 inch of filling onto the top of the batter in each hole. Do not stir.


Bake 15-20 minutes until the filling is set and starts to turn light brown. Let cool and then remove from pan.


Top with a spoon of canned cherries or your favorite filling.
