Chocolate Fudge Cake


 A moist cake that makes its own hot fudge sauce. A vintage dessert made easy.

 Batter:

1 Cup Whisk Mix

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Water


Topping:

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 1/4 Cup Very hot water



Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.


Whisk all batter ingredients together until smooth and spread into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish.


Stir the dry ingredients together and then sprinkle evenly over the top of the batter. Do not stir.


Slowly pour the hot water over the top. Do not stir.


Bake 35-40 minutes until the top center is lightly firm. Let cool 15 minutes and serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
