Lemon Glaze
A light and tender scone bursting with orange and cranberry flavors.

2 Cups Whisk Mix

Juice of 1 orange plus enough water to make 1/2 cup.

3/4 Cup Fresh or Dried Cranberries

1 Tablespoon Orange Zest

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk all dry ingredients together.

Add liquid and incorporate until it forms a loose ball.

Scoop the mixture onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 7 or 8 inch circle. Cut the dough into 8 triangles and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet or parchment. Leave a little room between them. Alternative, you can scoop heaping tablespoonfuls and make round/dome style scones.

Brush each with milk and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top, if you like.

Bake for 20 minutes or until top starts to turn golden brown. Let cool and glaze if desired. (Orange Glaze recipe on my website) Makes 8
